My friends catch up in Goulburn

Well siting here waiting for my friends. It's been 2 years since our last get together. It's great to see them as it always is.
History doesn't seem far away when you look at and remember how fun it has and will be, getting together. Then it's like time has stood still and nothing has changed. But oh yes it has we are all older and wiser! Ok maybe not me wiser if you get my drift, lol 😂
Ann my travel partner well what can I say she is thriving and going great guns, we are really looking forward to our trip this October. Still living in Goulburn.
Debbie well she is always great. Life is great to us all and she is doing really well. Still living in goulburn very near to my original house.
Rowena married Tony they are a great couple and I love seeing the bond they have. Think life doesn't exist you need spend some time with this couple. At the wedding I was totally chuffed to share this day with them and also Waz and Cheri.

Cheri, she is so fun and now living in Canberra, I used to meet up if I was in Canberra for business and we would have a ball supporting local bands. Cheri's sister is on a breast cancer battle right now.
Sending lots of love her way, and also lots of love to all her family and friends. Life is very short. Love spending time with my school friends. What a ride it's been. Can't wait for the next catch up.

THE MOST MOMENTOUS CHANGE IN Kate Jackson's life began early one morning in January 1987, during her fourth season on the hit TV series Scarecrow and Mrs. King. "Hard nipples" - areola or nipple skin

Someone once wrote"... when i get really cold, or get goosebumbs all over my body, the whole things really scrunch up, like, my entire areola scrunches itself up into a wrinkled little mound. it looks really weird and ugly, and i haven't ever seen other people's breasts do it. what is wrong with my areola/nipples??" The answer: Well nothing is wrong. This is what my areola does too. It's a normal reaction to the coldness or to irritation / stimulation. The little muscles in the areola do a similar goosebump thing as your other skin can do. People often call this phenomenon "hard nipples". Also note that skin on areola has less feeling or sensation to it than other areas of your body. If the areola was very sensitive, then breastfeeding would probably be quite uncomfortable because the baby pulls and tugs it!
