Here we are I made it and did it! I am the first girl on my grandfathers side of my mothers side to crack the don’t get over 53 mould!  I turned 54 - 2 weeks ago and I had a great party with family and friends.  I am so lucky 🍀 So we worked hard with my family in Cyprus doing the family tree and also Doctor Speigelman in Newcastle to find out what was happening, it’s not generally genetic this cancer can be just one of those things and our tree runs between ovarian and Breast cancer!  It can also skip generations - so in my family it was the first girl every generation - this put mum and I in the firing line.  My sisters, my grandfathers sisters were all pulled in to see who had the gene. My grandfathers sister Helen had breast cancer so she was pulled in first she didn’t have the gene. So she was one of 6 who just get it. My sisters were completely clear!  Genetics is changing so if you are worried it’s a good test to have. They are brilliant with their technology.  But
