When I had finished my chemo cycles in January 2009. It had been such a big relief, as you know it's seems like such a long way to get there. My last chemotherapy cycle was pushed back a week as I was way too ill. My stats were fairly down so like they do they have to hit you so to speak when you are able to cope with it.
I visited a girlfriend in Terrigal once a week we shared a bourbon and a laugh ohhh and lots of tears. Her name is Marie, she was so good to me, anyway the seat that I always sat on at here was like a moss green colour. I can say that this is horrid but not only could I taste chemo for 6 months. I had dyed Marie's lovely chair it had totally been bleached by my body and now a white body shaped mark had ruined that chair. It took us ages to throw it out. But isn't that horrific that your body must still secreet chemo to have ruined that chair.
Anyway hopefully that chair is now in chair heaven. Sadly you can't sell that kind of chair.
