Families are fantastic the best thing in the world. We pass on the fantastic knowledge of everything we know to our children. The best and the worst things come from our parents. Remember I bought you into this world I can take you out! Children should be seen and not heard. Remember going to the folks friends places and you had to say no and sit still...things have changed, generation gap is a hoot isn't it!
Learn your history that's health and illness, this will assist you and your family. Heart disease, cancer, diabetes all track back from somewhere, the first thing the doctor asks you is it in the family????
My family history is important to my children. So now I am on this weird ride/ I am 52 and 53 next birthday. Wow where did that go. Mum passed away at 53 if I live to 54 and I will be the oldest first born child to do so. On my mothers side, her fathers side my grandfather. . Dads side are amazing Nan mad a big 100 years and 3 weeks. Non medicated and still there most days. Wow
So there is some celebrations coming I am going to crack that bad egg and bury it!!!! Bad genes suck

"Hard nipples" - areola or nipple skin

The little muscles in the areola do a similar goosebump thing as your other skin can do. People often call this phenomenon "hard nipples".
